Monofilament Polyester Screen Mesh

Swiss monofilament polyester bolting cloths for silk screen printing screen meshes. For general textile and paper screen printing, we recommend using 43T. It has a lower mesh number, creating heavier ink deposits, which is beneficial when using highly pigmented inks. If you need finer details, a finer mesh is ideal. Consider 48T for general screen printing with finer detail or 61T for smooth and lightweight fabrics, including half-tone prints. For extremely light materials and graphic work, 77T is the best choice. This finer, yellow coloured mesh eliminates the problem of light scattering causing poor definition when fine meshes are used with direct photo emulsions.

Our screen mesh is 115cm wide and sold by the meter, if you order more than one metre, you’ll receive the fabric in a continuous length.
