Description

Jacquard’s Screen Filler is carefully formulated for safe and easy use. It can be used in conjunction with Jacquard’s Screen Drawing Fluid or as a standalone solution for blocking out sections of a silk screen. This versatile product is ideal for fixing pinholes, creating negative space effects, or developing stencils directly on a silk screen.

To use Jacquard’s Screen Filler independently, begin by positioning your screen horizontally, ensuring it is elevated above the table top. Apply the Screen Filler to the areas you wish to block out on the screen. Once the filler has dried completely, the screen is ready for printing, effectively preserving the blocked-out areas as intended.

To use with drawing fluid, position the screen horizontally, ensuring that the silk screen fabric is elevated above the table top with the fabric side facing down. Apply the Screen Drawing Fluid to the areas where you want your design to appear. Once the fluid is fully dry, cover the entire screen with Jacquard’s Screen Filler. After the Screen Filler has dried, rinse both sides of the screen with cold water. The Screen Drawing Fluid will wash away, leaving the Screen Filler intact. Allow the screen to dry completely before proceeding with your screen printing.
