This fabric has a smooth, simple weave and is thicker than Pongee 5, making it more opaque. It provides a solid foundation for various painting and dyeing methods using Acid Dyes, such as Dupont silk dyes and silk paints.
This silk fabric is 90cm wide and sold by the metre. Where more than one metre is ordered, the fabric will be supplied in one continuous length.
