2. Place your image on the screen, positioning it below a UV light source, such as a bulb or sunlight.
3. The emulsion under the dark, opaque parts of the image will stay water-soluble, while the exposed areas will harden.
4. The hardened emulsion now acts as a stencil, preventing ink from passing through the screen mesh.
5. After using the screen, it’s important to reclaim it promptly. Start by cleaning away any ink residue using a soft brush, water, and detergent.
6. Next, remove the exposed emulsion using an emulsion remover.
