Kopimask Zoico Polymer 400C Photo Emulsion – Ready Sensitized

Kopimask Zoico Polymer 400C Photo Emulsion comes pre sensitized, so you don’t need to mix anything; just use it straight from the container.

Firstly, you must ensure that your screen is completely clean from any dirt and grease, this can be done by using the Mesh Prep Gel.

When coating the screen both sides should be covered and all the mesh openings need to be filled, this could need 2 coats, then emulsion should then be left to completely dry on the screen.

Now the screen is ready to be exposed, the next step is to create your positive for printing. This can be made with our Acetate, ensuring that the area you want to print is completely opaque and the areas that you wish to harden are transparent.

Time to exposure your screen with the ultra violet light.  Once this is complete you can rinse the screen resulting in your printing area to become clear of emulsion, allowing the ink to pass through when printing.

This stencil stops screen printing inks from going through the screen mesh. The design made by the stencil is then transferred onto the material (like fabric, paper, wood, or board) underneath the screen printing frame.
