Jacquard Photo Emulsion Kit – 470ml

Photo Emulsion, when combined with the accompanying Diazo Sensitizer, is a light-sensitive emulsion designed for creating detailed stencils directly on a silk screen for photo imaging. Ideal for screens featuring photographs, lettering, logos, or intricate designs, Jacquard’s Photo Emulsion offers exceptional durability and precision. Additionally, it can be easily removed from the screen using a diluted bleach solution.

To prepare the emulsion, start by filling the Diazo Sensitizer bottle halfway with water. Secure the cap and shake thoroughly. Pour the sensitizer into the Photo Emulsion and stir until fully mixed. After replacing the lid, allow the mixture to sit for 1-2 hours. Once ready, coat the silk screen with the emulsion and let it dry, keeping it away from all light sources before exposing it. Store any unused Photo Emulsion in a cool, dark place to preserve its effectiveness.
